Canaragua's first fully functional mobile app can now be downloaded from Google Play and the Apple Store.

To use the app, you don't even have to be a customer. However, those users who register through the Online Office, which can also be done from the app, benefit from the app's full operational capacity.
It has been developed with user friendliness in mind, providing not just information but also functionality and, therefore, convenience and immediacy to the users who decide to try it.
Once again, Canaragua pioneers service and proximity to its customers. The intention has been to endow the app with the most commonly used and needed functions. This app effectively puts the entire customer service office in the user's pocket, with full 24/7 availability.
The functions available to any smartphone user, even without registering in Canaragua's Online Office, are: registering, making a payment, contacting us in writing using a predefined form, reporting a problem, calling Canaragua by telephone, consulting the FAQs and terms of service, and customizing the accessibility and language settings.
The functions available to registered users are all the above, plus they can view contracts, bills, procedures, actions; change bank account details, correspondence details, account holder details and user details; view and download bills, meter readings… And more!
The app stands out for being extremely easy to use: simply by logging in to the app and without having to make a single click, the user has a copy in PDF of the latest bill and a graph of water use during the last year, in € or m3.
